SnapComplete Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026. SnapComplete helps Marvel Snap players track their card collection and plan their path to completion. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle data.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use SnapComplete, we may collect: Collection data (cards owned, variants, upgrade levels), currency data (gold, credits, token balances), customization (filter settings, sort preferences), account info (email and profile if you sign in), usage data (pages visited, session activity via PostHog), and payment info (processed by Stripe if you subscribe).

Data Storage & Cloud Sync

By default, all data is stored locally in your browser. No collection data leaves your device unless you sign in. If you sign in via Google, Discord, or Twitch, we use Supabase (hosted on AWS in the US) to store your data in the cloud for cross-device sync. We receive your email and basic profile info from these providers, used solely for account identification.

Collection Sync

SnapComplete offers optional collection sync via Google or Apple sign-in to the game. We store an authentication token to read your in-game data (owned cards, cosmetics, currencies, collection level). We cannot modify your game account. Once linked, your collection may sync automatically. Aggregate ownership data (no personal identification) powers community features. You can unlink at any time, which permanently deletes the stored token.

Analytics, Cookies & Third-Party Services

We use PostHog for product analytics (pages visited, session recordings, device type, general location). PostHog does not sell data or use it for advertising. We use essential cookies for login sessions only - no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Third-party services: Supabase (auth/storage), Google/Discord/Twitch (OAuth), PostHog (analytics), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error tracking), Resend (email), Cloudflare (CDN), Second Dinner game servers (sync).

Your Rights & Contact
