Does SnapComplete Work on Mobile?
Yes. SnapComplete was designed mobile-first because most Marvel Snap players are on mobile. Roughly 82% of SnapComplete visitors use a phone. The whole site runs in your mobile browser with no app download, no overlay, and no sideloading. Open snapcomplete.com in Chrome or Safari, sign in once, and you have the full feature set: collection tracker, match history, replays, deck stats, completion planner, bundle rankings, leaderboards, everything.
No App Required
Unlike most Marvel Snap trackers, SnapComplete doesn't need a companion app. There's nothing to download, nothing to grant permissions to, and nothing running in the background on your phone. Match tracking happens server-side on our end, so your device stays out of the loop entirely: it doesn't drain your battery, doesn't eat your data plan, and doesn't fight Marvel Snap for resources while you're playing. The trade-off some competitor trackers make is an overlay or a native app that watches your game in real time. That forces you to install software, grant screen-recording or accessibility permissions, and keep the app running while you play. SnapComplete avoids all of that by reading match data directly from the game's servers after you link your account once.
One-Click Collection Sync
Collection sync happens two ways. A background refresh runs automatically every 24-48 hours per linked account and pulls your latest card ownership, splits, variants, and currency balances from the game, which keeps the site-wide ownership counts, leaderboards, and community stats fresh without asking you to do anything. You can also tap the Sync button any time to trigger an immediate pull for yourself, handy right after opening a bundle, upgrading a split, or finishing a play session so the update shows up on your profile and stats right away. One tap, takes a few seconds, updates the entire site. On mobile this works exactly like desktop.
Mobile-Optimized Interface
Every page on SnapComplete adapts to your screen size. Filter bars collapse into the top of the screen, card grids re-flow to a comfortable two or three cards wide on portrait phones, and detail panels open as full-screen sheets you can swipe down to dismiss. The two-tier navigation stays visible at the bottom on mobile, so you can jump between Collection, Play, Leaderboard, and the rest without scrolling back up. Typography, tap targets, and modal interactions follow mobile conventions. Buttons have room for fingers, text sizes scale to device settings, and modals can be dismissed with a swipe instead of hunting for a close button.
Install It Like an App (PWA-Lite)
SnapComplete is a web app, but you can pin it to your home screen and it behaves like an installed app. On iOS, tap the share icon in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen." On Android, Chrome shows an "Install app" prompt in the three-dot menu. After pinning, the app opens full-screen without browser chrome, appears in your app drawer, and launches in one tap just like a native app. We don't currently ship a service worker or offline mode, so an internet connection is required each time you open the app. No App Store listing, no Play Store listing, no updates to install: whenever you open the pinned app, you get the latest version of the site automatically.
What About iOS Specifically?
iOS users get the full feature set. Sign in with Apple, sync with Apple, and your data flows through the same pipeline as everyone else. Marvel Snap on iOS uses Sign in with Apple for the game account, and SnapComplete supports that directly. Unlike some competing trackers that require a PC companion app or an Android-only overlay, SnapComplete treats iOS as a first-class platform because a significant share of our users play on iPhone.
Steam and Desktop
If you play Marvel Snap on Steam or an Android emulator on PC, SnapComplete still works. Open snapcomplete.com in a desktop browser, sign in, and sync. The site scales up to desktop sizes with wider grids, denser filters, and side-by-side layouts for complex pages like the completion timeline or bundle rankings. Your mobile and desktop views stay in sync automatically through cloud storage, so you can check stats on your phone after a play session and deep-dive on your laptop later. The one feature that genuinely requires desktop is the Tier List builder: it relies on drag-and-drop, which doesn't work comfortably on a touch screen.

Mobile-Specific Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to enable anything special on my phone? No. Open the site, sign in, sync. No permissions, no accessibility toggles, no background services.
Does match tracking keep running when I close the browser tab? Yes. Match capture happens on SnapComplete's servers after you link your game account and enable tracking in Settings. Closing the tab or app doesn't stop matches from being recorded.
Will SnapComplete drain my phone's battery? Almost nothing beyond the browser itself. Match tracking doesn't run on your device, so there's no always-on overlay consuming CPU. Syncing is a one-off request that takes a few seconds.
Is there a native iOS or Android app? Not today. The mobile web version covers the same feature set as any competitor's native app, and keeping everything in the browser means feature updates ship instantly without waiting for App Store review.
